Blackwater Eton Mess Cocktail
A beautiful tribute to the classic Eton Mess, for adults only! Blackwater Wexford Strawberry Gin with fresh cream,
meringue, strawberries and chocolate creates the perfect dessert cocktail.
- 50ml Blackwater Wexford Strawberry Gin
- 35ml Pouring cream
- 30ml Sugar syrup (boil one part water to one part sugar, then cool)
- 3 strawberries
- Mini meringues
- Grated chocolate
Add Blackwater Wexford Strawberry Gin, sugar syrup and 2 roughly chopped strawberries to a cocktail shaker (or jam jar), gently muddle. Add pouring cream and ice, shake for 10-12 seconds. Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass, garnish with meringue, finely chopped strawberries and grated chocolate.
