Sustainability at Blackwater is practical and hands-on. We prioritise reducing, reusing, and recycling across all processes—whether it’s reusing packaging materials, composting botanicals, or sharing spent grains with local farmers. We repair and adapt our equipment when needed, demonstrating a culture of resourcefulness. Our facilities are powered by LED lighting, and since January 2023, our gin and vodka production has been fully electrified. We train our staff on energy and waste management, ensuring sustainability is a shared responsibility.
