Dawn West

A native of Bury, Lancashire, Dawn has spent most of her working life in the wonderfully unpredicatable world of manufacturing. She somehow ended up with an Honours degree in both Textile Technology and Printingmaking and Contemporary Practice - neither of which, it turns out, offer much guidance on coaxing spirits from still to bottle. But Dawn does it anyway and has a brilliant time along the way.
