Strawberry Gin

Wexford Strawberry ‘Bramble’

  • 50ml Blackwater No5 Gin or Wexford Strawberry Gin
  • 20ml Chambord / Strawberry Liqeur
  • 20ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15ml simple Syrup
  • Ice

How to mix

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Add gin, lemon juice & sugar syrup then shake
  3. Shake further & strain over fresh ice
  4. Float the cremede mure (liquer) on top &
  5. Garnish with fresh strawberry
