50ml Blackwater No5 Gin
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
juice of 1 fresh lime / lemon(seasonal)
Good local honey (2 spoons)
1 egg white
ice

Cork native John Coleman won Best Irish Cocktail for the locally inspired ‘Bee Right With You’, a delicious combo of Blackwater Gin bitters and local honey. It’s fresh, tasty and best of all simple to make at home.

How to mix

Combine all ingredients in a glass shaker with ice
Shake for a long time until honey runs free
Strain into cocktail glass
Garnish with edible flowers
